I founded Compare Power because shopping for electricity in Texas is harder than it should be, and that bothers me. A genuinely complex market with a very solvable customer problem at its center. Every day I come to work knowing we're making a real difference for real people, and we're still just scratching the surface of what's possible. That keeps the fire raging. When I'm not here, I'm somewhere else entirely...usually on purpose. I travel for culture and food more than anything. Give me an authentic local meal, a neighborhood nobody told me about, and something to learn, and I'm a happy man. I'm also working toward my private pilot license and I scuba dive, so the long- term plan is to fly myself somewhere incredible, jump in the ocean, and find the best restaurant within walking distance of the shore. Ellie, my Schnoodle, is less enthusiastic about all three hobbies.
